Please Read Carefully:
I, the undersigned participant, understand and acknowledge that participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, canyoning, caving, ziplining, and other adventure-based activities organized by Wadi Adventure involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, injuries, accidents, property damage, exposure to natural elements, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the activity.
Assumption of Risk:
By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities provided by Wadi Adventure, understanding that these activities may be physically demanding and take place in unpredictable environments.
Release of Liability:
I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Wadi Adventure, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or in connection with my participation in these activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Health and Safety:
I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in these activities and do not have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by them. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Wadi Adventure and its guides.
Acknowledgment of Equipment Use:
I agree to use any equipment provided by Wadi Adventure responsibly and to compensate for any loss or damage resulting from misuse or negligence on my part.
Insurance Claim Fee:
In the event of an injury or accident where I choose to utilize Wadi Adventure’s insurance benefits, I acknowledge that I will be responsible for paying an insurance claim fee of 1000 OMR directly to the insurance company. This fee is non-refundable and will be due at the time of filing the claim.
Media Release:
I grant permission to Wadi Adventure to use photographs, videos, or other recordings of my participation for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Oman.
