The 7th Hole series of caves is one the biggest caves in the Sultanate located in Salma Plato. What is unique about this cave is that is hard one of the longest abseil (120 meters) that we have in all the adventures that we offer.  Exploring the cave is another rare treat that the adventurer gets to undertake. Making our way out of the cave we will ascend ropes 35 meters then a 45 meters rock face using ascending gears, then a short hike back to the cars.

Important Notice: The dirt road from Fins to the cave is very mountainous and uneven, the drive is about 1.5 hrs.
